We provide a full range of roof trusses from standard roofs to attics . Roof trusses provide a structural frame for roof support. They provide a flexible, practical, simple-to-erect engineered solution to roofing requirements. As they can use less timber than a traditionally formed roof, they're not only more suitable, but can be more affordable.

Economical and efficient, spandrel and gable panels are prefabricated panels designed, manufactured and delivered alongside the roof trusses to offer an effective and flexible alternative to masonry.

While similar in their manufacture spandrel panels, which form non-load bearing fire breaks between properties, are clad with a single layer of 15mm “Fermacell” fibreboard, achieving the fire and acoustic properties required, alongside excellent impact and moisture resistance when compared to plasterboard. Alternatively, gable panels, structural timber panels forming the inner skin of a gable end, are usually clad in OSB3 (Oriented Strand Board) and a breather membrane.

Manufactured off-site and arriving on-site ready to be lifted into position, spandrel and gable panels also offer significant savings over more traditional build options. 

I-Joists are structurally engineered timber joists, which combine Kerto LVL with an engineered composite panel[OSB(4)], making them light weight but very strong– they can carry far heavier loads than a conventional timber joist of its equivalent weight.

I-Joists are constructed from a web which is sandwiched between two flanges, on top and on the bottom. These are assembled glued, pressed and heat cured. This produces an I shaped cross section which gives the I-Joist its name. Applications include floor and roof joists, wall studs and roof rafters in both residential and commercial construction.

Laminated veneer lumber (LVL) product used in all types of construction projects, from new buildings to renovation and repair. Kerto is incredibly strong and dimensionally stable. Kerto delivers its high strength from the homogeneous bonded structure.

Kerto is produced from 3 mm thick, rotary-peeled softwood veneers that are glued together to form a continuous billet. The billet is cut to length and sawn into LVL beams, planks or panels in according to customer´s requirements.

Triad Timber can provide a number of ancillary products to compliment the onsite erection of your trussed rafters or floor joists. These include, but are not limited to, gable ladders (assembled or loose), timber bracing, shoes, gable and wall plate straps, T&G flooring and glulam beams. The company can also offer timber preservative treatment, a site fixing service and more, if required.
