Design Service

We offer a full design service with all our Trussed Rafters, Joist Floors and Panels, we can also provide this service separately to the manufactured products. This service normally includes a set of Layout & Profiles drawings, Calc's and 3D Models. 

Truss and Posi layouts

We use MiTek’s PAMIR Roof Truss and Posi-Joist design software to provide dimensioned layout and setting out drawings.

Detailed Profiles

As well as providing a place for us to draw the layouts PAMIR also combines multiple bits of software that we traditionally separate.

From within PAMIR we can seamlessly produce layouts, engineering profiles, and 3D Models.

Interactive 3D Models

PAMIR also offers fully interactive 3D design enabling the design to see in real time how different areas of a design will work.


We can also provide a 3D model that can be views on computer or mobile device via a weblink or QR code from the layout. PAMIR can support BIM integration.

Output Drawings

We provide a full set of PDF layout and profiles for placing of the order all the way to Construction issue we can also provide a full set of EC5 calc's in PDF format once the drawings are approved.

MiTek's Pamir software can output drawings directly to MiTek3D giving the customer a 3D model of there finish design that can then be viewed from you phone and tablet or computer on site examples can be seen below.
